In 2009, Eva took the plunge becoming a partner in an online marketing business where she worked closely with many real estate and property management businesses around Australia.
Utilising her experience, Eva worked with her business partners to grow their first offshore team in India to 96 staff, and then shifted their operations to the Philippines due to the country's aligned culture with the Australian market.
As the Operations Manager of Affordable Staff, Eva guides and supports the on-site Filipino management and support team to ensure the best staff are hired and that there is a smooth integration with the Australian clients.
