Forum Message: Compulsory Development Points

In WA all property managers must do 10 CPD points per year. Who should pay for these courses; the agency or the staff ??

I personally feel that the Principal should pay for CPD Point training as it is a requirement to fulfil the property management role.

There is the old saying... What if I pay for training and they leave! But more importantly - What if I don't pay for traning and they stay!

Training is an important process to improve knowledge, productivity and confidence.
