She is dedicated, passionate, focused and offers a youthful approach to Property Management, guest speaking with thousands of property managers and principals each year on how to improve profitability & productivity through the implementation of systems. She is well respected in the industry and has dedicated her working career to improving property management procedures. During her career, Debbie has been privileged to receive numerous Real Estate Institute of Queensland Industry awards for excellence from 1996 to 1999. Cassie Farley Operations, Personal Assistant to Debbie Palmer & Accounts Cassie is the backbone to the PPM Group's business operations and is Debbie's go-to-girl. She has exceptional administration and customer service skills. Cassie has an eye for detail and loves to try and explore new technologies and better ways of doing things. With a hospitality background Cassie understands the importance of 'the client always comes first'. Cassie is driven, bubbly and a devoted team member, who is passionate about achieving excellence in all areas of her responsibilities. Tracey Gordon Consultant and Membership Manager With over 12 years in the Property Management Industry, 10 of which were in the roles of Department and Business Development Managers, Tracey’s experience and knowledge base give her a fantastic grounding enabling her to assist, develop and motivate other property managers alike to achieve their goals. Jenny Bye Business Development & Administration With a hospitality and events management background of more than 7 years, Jenny understands the importance of client service. As a Mum of a young toddler she knows how to multi-task, work under pressure and deal with difficult situations.
